How can I express my personal identity and explore different design processes?

For me, design is a way to serve people and communities around me. I struggled to find room for self expression and explore my identity as a designer, like how an artist has a distinct style or voice.

I wanted to challenge the idea of creating a useful and marketable chair for others, and create a chair to represent myself. The worth of this chair is rooted in the process and journey of self discovery.
